What many customers are also learning, is that you don’t have to come to Nanaimo to buy from us. We ship our unique products worldwide and you only pay for actual shipping charges. If you find something you like on our website – just give us a call. We’ll happily accept your order and ship it to you, even if you live in Zimbabwe!

We offer a unique shopping experience. We carry many gently used items, as well as many new items. We have a music department, a paintball department, a jewellery department (with a gemologist on the staff), electronics, tools and – every once in a while – some items that are so unique, you’ll never find them anywhere else!

Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Other options include: Money order, Paypal or personal cheque. We’ll take down your delivery information and ship your purchase directly to your location. We’ll find the least expensive and most reliable way to send your purchase to you, within the time-frame you require.

Shipping Policy

Lots of online businesses make a profit on shipping and handling of your purchase. Not at Nicol Street Pawnbrokers. We value our customers and want you to feel good about buying from us. Our customers pay only the actual shipping related charges (packaging materials and postage) – and often times – we recycle packaging materials, so that part is often free!

For the majority of our items we utilize Canada Post for shipping our online orders, either with Express Post or Expedited parcel Post. These methods include insurance and tracking and it is our policy to employ only shipping methods with these features. Most items can be shipped within North America within 7 to 10 business days. If you are an International customer, please contact us first to ensure we can track and insure your package as some countries do not support these shipping features and other shipping methods will have to be employed.

As shipping is probably the single most challenging aspect to any online business, Nicol Street Pawnbrokers is always researching new shipping methods to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. In addition if you have a preferred shipping method you would like for your purchase we will happily accommodate you as long as that method is trackable and insured.
